The President of the Court

The leadership of the Kogi State Customary Court of Appeal is vested in the Hon. President, Justice Siyaka Momoh-Jimoh Usman, who assumed office in 2021 as the fourth President of the Court. A distinguished jurist with a deep commitment to fairness and impartiality, Justice Usman brings both experience and vision to the institution. Under his guidance, the Court continues to preserve the integrity of customary law while adopting modern approaches that ensure efficiency and transparency in the delivery of justice.
